We’re scheduled to get our next Subscribe and Save shipment from Amazon as soon as we get back from our trip, so I wanted to quickly pop in and share what deals we’re scoring and items we’re receiving in bulk.
It’s important to note that in this post, I didn’t compare the prices I’m paying with Amazon to prices from competitors like I have in the past, such as our local grocery store, Walmart, or Target. I locked in most of these deals almost a year ago, so some of the items I’m receiving aren’t available product or price wise as they’re pictured below. They all have a similar option though with similar prices (i.e. the toothpaste is a slightly different version of Colgate Whitening).
Amazon’s Subscribe and Save program isn’t for everybody’s personality, but I personally enjoy it for a few reasons:
1.) Our nearest bulk store is an hour away.
2.) I only like going to the grocery store once a week or less, so I like having extra essentials on hand so that we never run out (which would force me to swing by the store that day or the next).
3.) There’s no penalty for canceling. I order things one time and then cancel all the times. For example, I wanted a big package of a pretzel variety pack and RX variety pack. I put them on my Subscribe and Save list, received my order, and then canceled. It’s so easy, but you need to stay on top of it. I’m playing around on our Amazon account all the time anyway, so it’s no big deal for me.
4.) I save between $40-$75+ each month.

We love the smell of most Mrs. Meyer’s soaps and keep them in all bathrooms and our kitchen.
If you’re a regular around here, you know that these are our favorite diapers. They’re absorbent for day and night and the least expensive for the quality you get. The 20% doesn’t hurt either! (PS – I’m not sure why the description below says size 3, but we’re definitely signed up for 5s.)

I’m kind of a freak about keeping my kitchen clean, so having these wipes hanging around for quick wipe-downs is essential!
These bars are a bit of an acquired taste in my opinion, but they’re a great “grab and go” option when I want a sweet, fruity treat. I love how they taste, and so does Sadie!
We’ve been using these sponges for about a year, and the quality is impressive. We won’t use any other kinds. They make pre washing or hand washing dishes a breeze.
We don’t have a preference toward a brand of dryer sheets, but these were cheap and convenient, so we get a box every few months.
My girls have always loved these!
Because nobody likes to be surprised with the fact that there’s no more spare rolls of toilet paper.

With Jamie coming and go for field exercises, trainings, and then now this deployment – we always need a couple tubes of toothpaste on hand!
Best. Wipes. Ever.
We run our dishwasher every night, so we need a big packet of these every couple of months.
Want to give this program a whirl? Here’s a step-by-step guide to get started.
Because I receive more than five items per month, I qualify for 15% off almost all of my items. If you also want to order any of the items that I’ll list below, here’s how to do it.
- Click the item and clip any coupons. The price you see will go down at checkout depending on if you qualify for the 15% discount (by having more than five items per month).
2. Make sure the Subscribe & Save option is highlighted.
3. Select your quantity and frequency. Keep in mind that this can be changed or canceled any time (I change my orders all the time depending on what I need).
4. Click “Confirm Subscription”. You should see if you qualify for the 5% or 15% discount and the price you will be charged once your order ships.
5. To keep track of your Subscribe & Save items, go to “Accounts and Lists” on the homepage and then “Your Subscribe and Save Items”.
6. Edit, skip, or cancel subscriptions up until about 10-14 days before your items arrive.
Let’s chat!
1.) What’s your favorite bulk store?
2.) What items do you get the most bang for your buck with when buying in bulk?
3.) Have you tried this program? What did you like or dislike about it?
Hi! I’m Erica, and I absolutely adore sharing my life on this website with you! I come here almost daily to blab about all of the things related to being a regular wife and mother in today’s ever-evolving society. I share about our new home, what’s on our kitchen table, what we’re hanging in our closets, where we’re traveling to next, my crazy 5 a.m. work outs, how I make time for girlfriends, our faith, and much more. We always have a lot of balls in the air and somewhat thrive on the chaos. I believe in the power of story-telling as a form of inspiration and entertainment, so I’m here to do both! I was born and raised in north Alabama and recently re-planted roots here again after my husband transitioned out of the Army (he is now in the Reserve and it’s going so well!) I’m a super proud mom to three little girls (ages 7, 4, and 1) who seem to be the stars of the show around here (for good reason – they’re pretty great!) I’m so glad you found me and are here reading! I hope we can get to know each other here on the blog as well as Facebook and/or Instagram. xoxo
