Hello, hello!
I’ve shared a couple of times in the last few months about my ongoing experience working with an online health coach, in which my goal has been to learn new things about nutrition and have a bit of accountability when it comes to my health and wellness. You can read the last two posts here and here.
Some great questions have poured in asking me to dive a bit deeper, and a few questions in particular have been asked repeatedly. I thought it would be a fun post idea to share these answers publicly in case you’re potentially side-eyeing this program and interested in signing up as well!
How much is it?
Working with Coach Mark will run you $249 for your first month, and it includes a fitness plan, nutrition guide, and 24/7 accountability. Additionally, you’ll also be apart of a community group with other who are signed up for that month who encourage each other, answer questions, etc. PSSST: He’s running a Black Friday special that he’s only sharing with those who inquire about his program, so make sure to email him to see what special he’s running!
What do you eat?
You will eat foods that fit into the guidelines set up specifically for you. After answering a series of questions about your current lifestyle and goals, he will set up your nutrition plan that lists the types of foods to eat, when, and what size the portions should be. One thing that was a huge adjustment for me was that Mark wanted me to eat one cup of vegetables at every single meal. Before working with him, I did eat vegetables every day, but now I had to eat them three meals a day, every day?! It was a challenge, but now it’s second nature and I’m SO glad he’s gotten me into this habit! You’ll be glad too!
I thought giving up most sweets would be tough as well, but I’m allowed to eat dark chocolate that’s 80% or higher, so that really helps with a nightly sweet tooth!
Alcohol is really only permissive during weekly indulgence meals, so that may be hard for some people to give up, but it’s totally necessary for weight loss and general healthy living.
How long do I plan on doing it?
I paid for the first month, but the last couple months I have been working with him free of charge since I have had people sign up after saying that I referred them. The same goes for you. If you refer your friends and family to him, you’ll be given free referral weeks as well! He even has incentives where you can invite a friend to join the program with you for free!
How does it work if I sign up during the holidays?
It’ll work the same as it does the rest of the year, but he’ll be holding his clients accountable to try one’s best to resist those holiday sweet cravings outside of the “indulgence” window. Knowing you have to track your weekly results and check in with him regarding your meals is fantastic accountability that you’ll be thankful you have!
You mentioned that he’s taught you things you didn’t know beforehand. Can you elaborate?
Three things come to mind: how to incorporate more vegetables, what supplements aid wellness the best, and how to do a properly fast. He will share with you more about these areas if you sign up!
Is he paying you to share about his program? Or do you actually recommend it?
Ha, this question makes me laugh, but I understand it. No, Mark has not paid me a dime. I do receive additional weeks to work with him thanks to referral clients, but I obviously want to continue working with him because I think he’s the real deal.

Let’s chat!
Have additional questions? Leave them here and Mark and/or I will answer them. 🙂
Hi! I’m Erica, and I absolutely adore sharing my life on this website with you! I come here almost daily to blab about all of the things related to being a regular wife and mother in today’s ever-evolving society. I share about our new home, what’s on our kitchen table, what we’re hanging in our closets, where we’re traveling to next, my crazy 5 a.m. work outs, how I make time for girlfriends, our faith, and much more. We always have a lot of balls in the air and somewhat thrive on the chaos. I believe in the power of story-telling as a form of inspiration and entertainment, so I’m here to do both! I was born and raised in north Alabama and recently re-planted roots here again after my husband transitioned out of the Army (he is now in the Reserve and it’s going so well!) I’m a super proud mom to three little girls (ages 7, 4, and 1) who seem to be the stars of the show around here (for good reason – they’re pretty great!) I’m so glad you found me and are here reading! I hope we can get to know each other here on the blog as well as Facebook and/or Instagram. xoxo
