Easy, Cheese Stovetop Chicken and Noodles

Serves: 6 servings
  • 1 12 oz bag of No Yolks Broad Noodles
  • 1.5 cups frozen peas
  • 1.25 lbs boneless chicken cut into bite size pieces
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1.5 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1.5 tsp dried basil
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup grated parmesan
  1. Cook noodles according to packaging. Add peas during last minute of cooking noodles and set aside.
  2. Cut up chicken and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add oil to large skillet and cook chicken over med/high heat until cooked through.
  3. Remove chicken from pan and add garlic to same pan that chicken was cooked in. Toss around garlic in pan for a few seconds, and then add diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and basil, stirring continuously for four minutes.
  4. Add heavy cream and cook additional two minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and add chicken and noodles to sauce mixture.
  6. Add parmesan cheese, stir well, and enjoy immensely!
