It’s 10:30 a.m., and I am STUFFED with a chicken biscuit , oj, and …ice cream? Yes, I am, and Jamie is too thanks to the kindness of another chickfila customer. We are on our way to Fort Campbell, Tennessee to sign Jamie into work, and we stopped to eat breakfast. As we were finishing up, a random gentleman walks up with a HUGE bowl of ice cream with a brownie under it! He patted Jamie on the back and said “thanks man”. Jamie is in his uniform since he’s on his way to work. We were so thankful for his appreciation that we scarfed it down, despite our already full bellies and the time of day. 🙂 I thanked him again on the way out, and he said that his sons’ uncle is in Afghanistan and that he understands the sacrifice for the whole family.

Hi! I’m Erica, and I absolutely adore sharing my life on this website with you! I come here almost daily to blab about all of the things related to being a regular wife and mother in today’s ever-evolving society. I share about our new home, what’s on our kitchen table, what we’re hanging in our closets, where we’re traveling to next, my crazy 5 a.m. work outs, how I make time for girlfriends, our faith, and much more.
