oh bachelor pad - Whimsical September

Today is a really, really abnormally good Monday for a number of reasons:

I returned back home to Clarksville this morning after 10 days in Alabama and Florida. I love going away, but I really love coming home, too. 🙂

I washed and put away every stitch of laundry I had.

Got to catch up with one of my best friends Hannah for well over an hour.

While I was on the phone with Hannah, my doorbell rang with a sweet lady on the other side of the door who handed me a dozen roses (husband bonus points – He remembered that today was our 7th month-iversary… guess who didn’t? 🙂

I got to skype with my love for an hour (!!!)

Jamie put a deposit down on a super nice cabin Gatlinburg for four days in December (more husband bonus points: He picked it out and planned it all by himself. Whoop!)

Spent some time at my neighbors seeing their newly finished nursery for their baby girl who is only two months away from being here 🙂

Winding down now with my furson, wine, and Bachelor Pad. Score.

Changing gears a little bit, I have a really big prayer request to ask of my prayer warriors out there. My sweet Aunt Lynn was diagnosed with breast cancer a couple weeks ago and is having her big surgery this Thursday. We are all praying daily that her cancer hasn’t spread to her lymphnodes, which we’ll hopefully find out in the next couple of weeks. She is such an amazing woman and has always been one of my biggest supporters, so please pray that the amount of chemo she has to receive is minimal, and that she can put this darn cancer behind asap. My family would really appreciate all the prayers we can get.
