Helloooo Monday!
Whew – we need a weekend to recover from our weekend. It was so great, but I think the girls and me will be hanging low today and catching up on a little rest. I’ll be sharing a few pictures in a “Slice of Life” post tomorrow, but until then I wanted to pop in real quick with a few of our favorite holiday recipes. I recently started making bundt cakes for our overnight guests and will continue to do so (it’s a great excuse to bake). They’re yummy, they’re pretty, and they’re practical for when your guests need a quick snack!
I’ve made my mom’s breakfast casserole recipe 100 times, and it’s always a huge hit. Everyone needs a staple breakfast casserole recipe, so if you don’t have one, make this it!
My whole family and I had a blast making our own personal homemade pizzas on Christmas Eve two years ago. I made a big batch of homemade dough, put out a zillion different toppings, sauces, and cheese, and then let everyone roll out and decorate their own. Lots of fun!
This cake is always a crowd favorite. I made it this past weekend to bring to a Christmas party and substituted the toffee for holiday M&Ms to give it a more festive look. You can customize it a bunch of ways!
