Easy Weeknight Dinner: Margherita Naan Bread Pizza

Serves: two pizzas
- One package of Naan bread (usually comes with two breads but Aldi's brand comes with four!)
- Per naan bread:
- 1 tsp olive oil
- ½ tsp minced garlic
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ roma tomato(s)
- salt and pepper
- pepperonis
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- basil
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Line sheet pan with foil.
- Place Naan bread on foil and spread around 1 tsp olive oil and ½ tsp minced garlic on each.
- Spread around ½ cup shredded mozzarella on each.
- Thinly slice one Roma tomato and divide between two pizzas.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread around ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese on each.
- Apply a sprinkle of basil.
- Bake for 9-10 minutes and then broil for approx. 90 seconds, carefully watching the pizzas not to burn.
