Our Favorite Homemade Pancakes

Serves: 8-10 pancakes
 
Ingredients
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2-1/3 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp white sugar
  • 2 cups milk (skim or 1% only to keep the batter thin)
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • splash of vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Mix wet ingredients and dry ingredients in separate bowls.
  2. Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients and stir well.
  3. Stir in desired mix-ins (we enjoy fresh blueberries or a handful of chocolate chips)
  4. Cook on greased griddle and enjoy immensely. :)
