Shredded Chicken with Sesame Noodles
Serves: 6-8 servings
 
Ingredients
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 16 oz bottle Asian Sesame dressing
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter (crunchy or creamy work)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1.5 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1 package of spaghetti or linguini noodles
  • 10 oz bag of shredded carrots
  • ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
Instructions
  1. Place thawed chicken breasts in slow cooker on high for 3-4 hours or frozen chicken breasts on high for 5-6 hours.
  2. Shred chicken once cooked. We use our KitchenAid mixer but you can also shred with two forks or with a hand-held mixer.
  3. Begin cooking pasta.
  4. While pasta cooks, add all remaining ingredients to chicken and combine well.
  5. Add pasta to chicken mixture, serve, and enjoy (immensely)!
